Freight
Freight will be paid for by Deco-Line for orders of $400 or more. Orders are shipped by UPS or by our trucks within the Continental U.S. When requesting overnight, second day service or any other special handling, the difference will be charged to the customer.

Return Policy
Items may only be returned to Deco-Line with return authorization. Restocking fees will not be applied to items that are in inventory and received in their original condition and packaging

Warranty
We warranty all our products for 120 days after purchase if used in a proper manner and not misused. If an item is found defective, we will replace it free of charge. Our liability is limited only to the replacement of the product, there is no other warranty.

Claims
All claims for defects or shortages must be made within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
